My stay at the Melia hotel in Zahara was quite contrasting. While I had an amazing experience with the staff at the kids' club, the initial check-in and dining experiences were frustratingly slow and chaotic. The rooms were decent, but the overall disorganization during our meal and check-in really impacted my family's enjoyment. The hotel does have beautiful beach access and a nice pool area, so there were certainly highlights during our time.
